About Carine Tan
I’ve spent 18 years helping brands like Nike, adidas, Sephora, and Hasbro grow across Asia-Pacific, leading brand, merchandising, go-to-market, and commercial strategy at scale. Over the years I’ve learned that strategy alone does not drive growth. Real growth happens when strategy is brought to life through seamless execution and experienced by customers in the market.
What drives me is curiosity about what makes customers click. Why they choose one product over another. What builds their trust. How a brand can earn a place in their everyday lives. These questions shape the way I work with companies today.
